Sales Manager – Biodiversity Solutions
We are looking for a driven and versatile sales professional to grow Habinova's business with energy, infrastructure and industrial clients. You will lead project sales from the first conversation to a signed agreement and a successful delivery.

What We Do
Habinova is a Finnish biodiversity and nature infrastructure company. We develop science-based solutions for energy, data centres, industrial environments, infrastructure and large-scale land-use projects. Our work covers entire project sites and interconnected ecosystems: native vegetation, forests, wetlands, habitat restoration, ecological connectivity, biodiversity monitoring and nature-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding and developing new client relationships in energy, infrastructure and industry
- Project sales from start to finish: needs assessment, proposals, negotiations and agreements
- Presenting Biodiversity Paths and Habinova's other solutions to clients
- Working closely with ecologists and planners to shape a solution for each site
- Long-term client relationships and regular contact throughout each project
- Sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting
- Representing Habinova at industry events and in partner networks
Required Qualifications
- Several years of B2B project or solution sales experience
- Experience of infrastructure projects or comparable construction and land-use projects
- Proven ability to take sales from first contact to closing
- Drive, initiative and a growth mindset
- Versatility and the ability to work independently in a growing company
- Excellent customer communication and relationship skills
- Fluent Finnish and good English, both spoken and written
Considered an advantage
- Experience of energy projects, such as wind, solar or grid projects
- Experience in the green sector or landscaping
- Understanding of biodiversity, ecological compensation or sustainability reporting
- Existing networks in the energy, infrastructure or construction sector
- Swedish language skills
- Category B driving licence
