Biodiversity Project & Impact Manager
We are looking for a project management professional who can combine multidisciplinary project delivery with biodiversity monitoring, ecological impact measurement and stakeholder coordination.
About Habinova
What We Do
Habinova is a Finnish biodiversity and nature infrastructure company. We develop science-based solutions for energy, data centres, industrial environments, infrastructure and large-scale land-use projects. Our work covers entire project sites and interconnected ecosystems: native vegetation, forests, wetlands, habitat restoration, ecological connectivity, biodiversity monitoring and nature-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Biodiversity project management
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Client and contractor collaboration
- Project budgets, schedules and delivery
- Biodiversity baselines and impact indicators
- Coordination of GIS, Habinova Habitat and environmental data
- Monitoring frameworks and ecological reporting
- Development of scalable project delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of project management experience
- Experience in environmental, infrastructure or sustainability projects
- Understanding of biodiversity and ecological monitoring
- Ability to coordinate ecological data and impact reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Finnish and good English, both spoken and written
Considered an advantage
- Experience with TNFD, ESRS E4 or other biodiversity reporting frameworks
- Swedish language skills
